Here are my answers to my most frequently asked questions about my products and services. We hope these answers all of your questions, however, if there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to contact us via email or call for fastest response.
Q ~ How do I place an order?
A ~ Feel free to browse our online store, click on the items that you want, and they will be added to your cart. When you are finished shopping you can check out using your Visa, Master Card, American Express, send a paper check or pay via Paypal.
Q ~ What About Payments and Shipping
A ~ Payments will be processed immediately and the charge will appear on your statement as Jill Harth Beauty & Grace, Inc. All orders are shipped out within 3 days via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If an item delayed due to being out of stock or phased out, you will be notified and offered either a replacement product or a full refund. For rush orders please email us and we will calculate the shipping fees for expediting your order.
Q ~ Do You Test On Animals?
A ~ No, the products are not tested on animals. Jill Harth is an animal activist and shuns animal testing.
Q ~ Do You Offer Returns And Refunds?
A ~ If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us and we will credit your account. We do not do refunds but will replace with another product. Q ~ Are the products hypoallergenic?
A ~ Yes, all the products are hypoallergenic.
Q ~ Will you do makeup for the bride only?
A) Yes, I do not require a minimum. I don't mind giving my full attention to the the star of the day.
Q ~ Are the products gluten free?
A ~ Yes, most of them are gluten free. Ask Jill about specific products to double check. Most of the products are all gluten free except for a couple of shades of lipstick.
